For this activity, you will identify a real-world example of a failure where team-based human factors contributed to an aviation mishap. Once you identify the example, you will assume the role of a new manager in the aviation industry charged with correcting the previously identified team-based human factors error and will prepare a presentation that outlines your plan to establish and maintain a positive human factors culture within your organization. Consider the role of pilots, mechanics, and managers as part of your presentation.
Your presentation must include a minimum of five but no more than eight slides, not including the title slide or reference slide, and include speaker notes.
