Outline and Paper Instructions: This assignment, as in all assignments in the Master of Organizational Leadership (MOL) program at CCU, requires an interdisciplinary and multidimensional approach to ethical and analytical problem-solving. Such an approach requires valid and reliable research-based methods for applying Organizational Behavior (OB) theory to practice, as well as disciplined inquiry that is in alignment with established standards and criteria for critical analysis and research. It also integrates OB tools and methodologies with communications technologies for improving individual and work group performance, dovetailing a biblical worldview with well-documented, research-based analytics.

You will submit your paper in APA Format using Microsoft Word. Develop an outline and draft before boiling your thoughts down to seven to eight pages plus a cover page and references (8-10 pages total). The result should be an organized, concise response that contains the most salient points and logical reasoning. Select one of the following topics and prepare a seven- to eight-page final paper. Your task is to demonstrate an interdisciplinary approach to analytical problem-solving that integrates knowledge and understanding of organizational management with corporate leadership. This involves leadership tasks such as: measuring and improving performance outcomes; analysis and research; communications; and ongoing development for leading, managing, and serving in the for-profit, non-profit, or government arenas.
Develop your paper by drawing from the reading assignments, discussion, case studies, and course activities and integrating biblical principles with well-documented, research-based resources. Make sure you include all the texts assigned to this course as resources together with at least three outside, well-documented resources while dovetailing biblical principles with OB theory and practice.
Option 2: Consider applying the Internet and social media as a conduit for influencing political opinion and social change. You will develop a plan of action, utilizing innovative and relevant technology, such as a blog, vlog, or app that will use social media to influence public opinion and social change. Address one of the following issues:

Instructions: Apply either a hypothetical or a real-life situation (to protect privacy, please do not use any names or company names in your paper) for the issue you select.
