the inclusion of indigenous, faith based and political approaches to land
how land could be defined in the context of human rights and/or
whether the language used in the Law of Property Act 1925 is relevant today.
Your advice should be presented in the form of a memorandum, and you should use subheadings as appropriate.
You do not need to include all of the above, and you are not required to produce a new definition.
