There is no required format or rubric to follow for this book report assignment. A suggestion would be to approach the report by answering the question “What have I learned from this book.”
Nevertheless, students have questions as to the exact format. To satisfy this demand, the following document provides a comprehensive approach with specific requirements. It is only intended to provide suggestions for your submission, not the formulae that must be used.

Instructions:
Submit the first draft of your book report on Global Warming and the Sweetness of Life: A Tar Sands Tale By Matt Hern and Am Johal . Submissions will be processed through the Turnitin system. A similarity report is provided by Turnitin after uploading. Excluded from the similarity reports are the bibliography and quotes. The number of upload attempts is set to “unlimited” with only the last version accessible
This first draft will be peer-reviewed. The reviews will be automatically to two random classmates after the due date. Their suggestions and comments will appear anonymously.
Note that reviewers need to provide thoughtful and insightful evaluations that will assist the authors in improving their submissions. Empty statements – such as great job, interesting presentation, or I liked it – indicate no learning by the reviewer and will count as negative points for their grade on this course component.
After you have reviewed the reactions, comments, and suggestions from your peers, please upload the final version of the book analysis under the “Final version” menu section.
