For this paper, we will explore the different Advance Practice Nursing Roles. Pick one of the roles that interest you. (NP, CMW, CNS, CRNA, Nurse Educator, or if you think of another, email me for approval). You will use 3-5 referneces within the last 5 years for your paper. they MUST be from textbook, journals, articles, or websites that are scholarlty for graduate work.Must be included in the paper:
1. Introduction Paragraph: It is interesting to draw the reader and use evidence or statistics about your chosen role. Include background relevant information that will be discussed in the paper.
2. Define: Define the role you have chosen. Is the role an Advance Practice Nursing Role (APN) or Advanced Nursing Practice (ANP)? In what types of practice settings does this APN/ANP practice? (Primary care, acute care, hospital system, university, etc.)
3. Education: What are your role’s required education and competencies? Give a brief description of each competency. Include your role’s regulatory, legal, and Credentials/certification requirements.
4. Professional organizations: Include professional organizations that represent your role. How and what do the organizations do to enhance your role and the nursing profession?
5. Biblical Worldwide: Discuss how biblical worldwide relates to the role you chose for patients or profession.
6. Parse’s Humanbecoming Theory: Cite and include the Humanbecoming Theory as it relates to your role. Discuss one aspect of the theory and how it relates to your role.
7. Conclusion: What is the overall takeaway of your role? (Synthesize, do not summarize). What is the importance of the role you chose? This paper will be a narrative 5-7 pages long (excluding title/reference pages) with APA 7th guidelines, including headings.
