For this report, you are to incorporate modern prose and media to assess/analyze how athletes conquer their game, the economic disparities and plights they have endured and the resulting cultural and the entrepreneurial impact of their creativity and chosen athletic careers.
Begin by selecting an athlete of your choice that not only plays a professional sport but also has his/her own businesses on the side. He/She must have previously highlighted any past struggles encountered and how triumph in both sportsmanship and entrepreneurship resulted despite. Next, I want you to speak on how successful the athlete of your choice has been with their athletic careers and entrepreneurial ventures – meaning I want you to describe the cultural and entrepreneurial impact of his/her ingenuity. I also want to know about his/her leadership styles – what type of leader is he/she (autocratic, transformational, transactional, etc.)? Is he/she a noble leader in their entrepreneurial endeavors? How well does he/she manage their businesses and the folks that work there? Lastly, I want to know what you admire most about him/her and how you intend to learn from their success and failures as you become an exceptional manager yourself.
Don’t forget to insert direct quotes of your athletes so I can understand what he/she and you are trying to articulate.
