Here are the 3 aims of my study that need to be taken into account for the literature review:
-To investigate the impact of COVID-19 and the cost-of-living crisis
on operating expenses within F&B
businesses, considering the challenges faced and the strategies employed to mitigate its impact. The
study aims to provide insights on practical methods to control costs and survive
with the pressures of inflation.
-To analyse strategies aimed at
enhancing employee retention during economic pressures, with a focus on
identifying, evaluating, and recommending practical approaches to foster
long-term commitment and satisfaction among employees.
-To examine the post-pandemic
competitiveness of F&B businesses in the face of economic challenges, by
evaluating their adaptability, innovation, and market positioning strategies.
The study aims to identify key factors influencing competitiveness and
recommend actionable measures to sustain and enhance market presence in a
recovering economy.
Split the 1000 word count evenly across the 3 objective’s literature. Literature from 2021 onwards please. Literature regarding small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in food and beverage industry and bear in mind this is for a dissertation about POST-COVID and will be talking about how to overcome financial challenges and focus on supporttng employees through a crisis, while keeping a competitive advantage.
