Analyze political issues. Introduce an issue – this this case homelessness and identify the a ste or federal government program currently perating inthe US indtended to address the public issue. In this case – Washington state’s affordable housing act is chosen.
Evaluate and describe the major aspects of Washington State’s affordable housing act. Discuss what laws allow the program to exist? What positives and negatives have beenidentified for the program? What are the costs of implementing the program?
Use knowleedge of the public policy environment to argue whether or not Sacramento City or County should implement a similar program. (university is in California which is why this is needed)

- Connect the program to the Sacramento City or County and discuss whether or not the program would improve orhurt the area. In the analysis, be sure to identify legal or financial obstacles.
- References – Works cited with at least 10 books, journals and news articles, as well ashaving 10 in text citations using any standard style guide (MLA or APA).
