Each student will develop and submit a research paper (at least 12-20 full pages in length, double-spaced, using the University College specifications for term papers). Your task will be to identify a potential alliance partnership that does not yet exist and outline your rationale for why this alliance would benefit both parties. You can either format this as a traditional term paper or as a position paper for one of the identified organizations. Be sure to be thorough in your analysis, including not only the benefits but also potential risks and barriers to success. This is not simply a laundry list of facts−I’m looking for an engaging analysis that illustrates your rationale for the suggestion. Be creative with your proposed alliance. It should not be based on a previously proposed alliance and it should not be an alliance commonly discussed in the industry (e.g. Amazon/Best Buy). It does not need to be between well-known organizations or even organizations in the same sector.
