You are so close with your thesis–can you state exactly what solution will help with this trauma? You mention community in your thesis–did you find a lot of information on how the Bosnian community can support individuals with this specific trauma? That would be an interesting angle.
The anecdote about your mom is definitely very convincing, and you could even bring in a direct quotation from her about her experience (without, of course, reviving the trauma).
The biggest piece of advice I can give is to go back to your sources. As stated at the top, you should be citing your sources throughout. After the anecdote about your mom, you move into a hugely broad solution that seems to be, essentially, world peace. I think you are much better off focusing on the problem you stated early on: how to address trauma within the Bosnian community and genocide survivors.
You mention government support; is this part of your solution? If so, you need to state that in your thesis.
