Introduction

In this assignment, you will explore the integration of Agile project management methods,

o Discuss the challenges of integrating Scrum with the PMI life cycle. Consider aspects

such as:

Balancing flexibility and structure.

Handling changing requirements during sprints.

Ensuring collaboration across phases.

2. Propose an approach to integrate Scrum into the PMI life cycle for this scenario. Describe

what they should do (as well as when and why) to effectively run their project using Agile

project management methodologies. I recommend providing detailed explanations for your

proposed actions (the How), ensuring clarity regarding the recommended approach and its

implementation. Additionally, emphasize the value and necessity (the Why) of these

practices in achieving project success.2
