The relationship between implicit and explicit bias among Saudi Arabian female students studying at Prince Mohammed bin Fahd University

This is the my Introduction of this research
A bias refers to what a person deeply seeks, tends toward, likes, or believes in over other things. Also, it’s about knowing who the person is and how he reacts to things that are unfamiliar to him. It’s a huge concept with multiple consequences. Its significance changes according to the field in which a person performs. It could be bias toward a specific group of people or an action (Murphy, 2021). Furthermore, bias is classified into two types implicit bias and explicit
bias. Implicit bias is something that arises deep within a person without the knowledge or awareness that he prefers, is biased toward, or believes in something that completely opposes his own beliefs. On the contrary, explicit bias is something that a person is aware of, prefers, tends
toward, or believes in, and it is extremely straightforward to figure out (Nikolopoulou, 2023).
This research paper is aimed at finding out and explaining what the relationship is between implicit and explicit bias among Saudi Arabian female students studying at PMU. My research is considered extremely significant and distinguishable because it focuses on a unique, different, and innovative population that has not been studied before. Also, these females have open minded visions, a variety of knowledge, a unique culture, innovative ways of thinking, and excellent education, which makes them different from others. Considering research on a small group of Saudi Arabian female students studying at PMU, I think there is a direct and positive relationship between implicit and explicit bias since its members are primarily of the same generation. Moreover, these students are Arab Muslims attending the same university, and they share the same traditions and customs, so I believe the results will be similar for most of thepeople.
Our study is focused on Saudi Arabian females who study at PMU. Among these criteria, we conducted an explicit bias survey. Additionally, we used the Harvard Implicit Bias Test to measure implicit bias. The statistical method we used in this study was the correlation method to answer the question. By using these measurements, we will be able to complete our research looking at the relationship between implicit and explicit bias among female Saudi students studying at PMU, and we will effectively measure the implicit and explicit bias and test whether our hypothesis was right or wrong.
