Research and write an argument-driven research paper for a scholarly audience that explores and
answers the project question articulated in my research prospectus (I’m gonna attach to the order).
Major Requirements
In addition to all the usual requirements of an argument-driven piece of writing (effective integration
of evidence via quote and paraphrase, building toward a strong conclusion, etc.) there are the
following requirements for this paper:
1. Setting up the research conversation you are joining, asserting a valid argument claim;
2. The paper will be written in sections, utilizing clear and creative sub-headings;
3. You will employ one source as a method (See your notes on I-BEAM if in doubt) that will
provide you with a theory or set of concepts you will use to help frame the issue you are
looking at, analyze your other research, or set up possible courses of action;
4. You will employ the APA style sheet and adhere to all its conventions for formatting and
citation.
5. The final draft will rely heavily on scholarly sources (I’ll attach them to the order); these will be supplemented with a range
of credible authoritative sources (e.g. government reports, data sources, news and magazine
sources) as appropriate.
I’m gonna upload examples below of how the 7/10 research paper looks, it should provide a general idea of how the paper should look. There must a clearly established specific claim. It must be contestable (arguable, reasonable, people need to be able to offer a counterclaim. Finally, it must be substantive (it needs to be clear “Who cares?” and “What is at stake if the reader agrees or disagrees with you?”)
There sould a complete method section, that would then be applied in the research. Observe and analyze the method section from examples and follow the guidlines.
I’ll atach all the requirement documents including sources and the guidelines for the assignment. You can only use uploaded sources with the addition of credible authoritative sources (e.g. government reports, data sources, news and magazine sources) as appropriate. ) Include the page number when using a quote. I think that’s it. Reach out for any questions. 2024591018
