1) What forces driving industry change that is likely to affect Netflix? Which forces you identify will be the most impactful, and what should Netflix do to prepare for this?
2) Our text introduces the term Key Success Factors (KSF). Using the Netflix case, identify what you think KSFs would be for Netflix. Please explain why you think these factors are a good measure of their success.
