I. THE TASK
Research and write
a paper addressing the following topic:
Have
provinces properly constrained their use of the override clause in section 33
of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms?

III. STYLE: ORGANIZATION AND COMMUNICATION

· Use headings and subheadings effectively.
· Ensure proper sentence structure, grammar
and editing.
· Ensure proper formatting.

IV. OVERALL FORMAT and TECHNICAL DETAILS

Format:

The paper should not be less than
one thousand eight hundred (1800) words and must not exceed two thousand, one
hundred (2100) words (excluding footnotes, Table of Authorities/Bibliography,
and cover page). The document should be double spaced and created using12 point
Times New Roman font. All margins should be 2.54 cm.
2. Due Date:

3. Integrity:
·
Remember to provide
appropriate reference to all sources used in the paper. A good work usually refers
to 8-10 credible secondary sources.
