1. the topic is about professional development/leadership skills. As a final year Psychiatrist nursing student, I am required to reflect on an incident that happened on the ward during my nursing placement, and how I was assigned to take up the leadership role to cordinate, direct and effectively manage the situation from the start to finish.

I have choosen to reflect on ‘cordinating urgent patient admission process’ in the psychiatric Intensive care unit (PICU); I have attached my short incident in the file. please just know the incident is just a rough sketch and I would like you to build on the story and develop it professionally and eloborate it further and add a bit more information to it.
