Your journal for the week should include:
(a) Summary: summarize the major ideas, concepts or issues that intrigued
you, that made you want to expand your knowledge or skills in that area,
or that you felt were very significant for you.
(b) Describe: describe how the items you summarized influenced how you
felt about what you read, heard, discussed or experienced.
(c) Reflect: reflect on your feelings and how those affected your
experience or how you interpreted that information.
(d) Note: note whether your experiences and
reflections influenced your assessment of the concepts from the readings,
lecture, discussion, etc. and whether your experiences and reflections
have changed how you perceive these now.
(e) List: list how you might use these insights to improve your
effectiveness in addressing similar issues or situations.
