I’m looking for help with a thesis in the law and society field on poverty, deindustrialization, etc. with a look at Cumberland County, NJ

A thesis paper on a substantive Law and Society topic of minimum 40 pages of text (double spaced). The thesis
must also include a table of contents, an introduction and conclusion, distinct chapters, and a
bibliography;
• A clearly organized paper that consciously links each of the constituent parts together into a
coherent, integrated whole;
• A write up of the research findings in a relevant and focused manner;
• Engaging and broad introductions and conclusions that tie the subject matter to the larger
context.
Minimum of 25 academic sources

My title is:

THE FICTION OF POVERTY AND THE REALITY OF DESPAIR:
ECONOMIC DECLINE, DEINDUSTRIALIZATION, AND POVERTY PERSISTENCE WITH A LOOK AT CUMBERLAND COUNTY, NEW JERSEY

and I already have a substantial amount of sources and information

This thesis is supposed to be organized into 4 chapters, the first two chapters are basically done but are in major need of revision and assistance. These revisions would need to be done by 4/2 with the next two chapters and citations being needed by April 15th.

 This thesis needs to have a thoughtful critical analysis of the sources including quotes, statistics, etc. The thesis needs to have a pretty detailed background on poverty and deindustrialization in the United States. It should discuss poverty at the conceptual level. There should be a very strong argument about the “fiction” of poverty in the sense that the Government defines poverty through things like the establishment of the federal poverty line. It should also address interconnected issues that contribute to poverty such as deindustrialization. This thesis also needs to include a look at poverty within the NJ context. It should briefly touh on poverty in Cumberland County, NJ specifically. It should look at the reasons why Cumberland County is the poorest county in the state and should also discuss the fact that Cumberland County seems to be the ignored and forgotten NJ county, with the state not doing nearly as much to alleviate poverty here as they have done in other areas. There is little to no state involvement. The thesis should offer policy recommendations to alleviate poverty in Cumberland County. Lastly, it should offer policy recommendations to alleviate poverty in Cumberland County using successful poverty interevention policies from other areas as an examples. I have a literature review, annotated bibliography, and detailed outline of the chapters already that I am able to provide as well as a rough draft of the first two of the chapters that is in need of revision. The rough draft is already typed out and is roughly 15 pages long but is in major need of editing, it needs a stronger analysis of and connection to the sources and it needs more academic sources that can provide a stronger background for poverty including statistics and quotes.

All sources used need to have proper APA in-text citations.
