Literature Review. Introduce this section of your paper by explaining that you will attempt to answer
your research question based exclusively on a review of current journal literature. Use at least two full pages to
discuss how your research question is addressed through current research. Remember, the sole purpose of the
literature review is to answer your research question, so only discuss the portions of your research articles that
directly relate to your research question. The peer review journal articles should be no more than five years
old (March 27, 2019). You must discuss five different peer review journal articles in the Literature Review
Section. Examples of peer review journals include, but are not limited to: Journal of Law Medicine and Ethics,
Journal of Health Politics, Policy and Law, Health Affairs, New England Journal of Medicine, Journal of the
American Medical Association, Lancet, American Journal of Public Health, Journal of Healthcare Management,
Journal of Health and Human Services Administration, or any law review article. You must use the following
citation format to receive credit for each peer review article: “Author, A. A., & Author, B. B. (Publication Date).
Article Title. Journal Title, volume number (issue number if available). Retrieved from http://www.address.com.”
Articles from non-peer reviewed publications, such as newspapers, magazines, non-profit organizations, think
tanks, political organizations or governmental agencies will not receive credit towards the peer review journal
requirement. While references to relevant federal laws, regulations and federal or state agency guidance are
encouraged, they do not count towards the peer review journal article requirement.
