For this assignment, you will illustrate the possible ethical and multicultural issues that can arise during each phase (entry, diagnosis, implementation & disengagement) of the consulting process and explain how these issues can be reduced. Lend special attention to these issues as if you were providing consultation services to a healthcare organization. In conjunction to your diagram, include a two-page narrative that further explains your analysis of ethical issues that can surface during each phase supported by scholarly sources.
