Maybe the following Title and paragraph will be helpful about the proposal:
“The Impact of Disaster Relief on Voter Behavior: The Role of Social and Political Dynamics in Japan”
This research aims to examine the impact of disaster relief policies carried out by the government and political parties on voter behavior after natural disasters in Japan. The research will focus on the solidarity culture of Japanese society, the government’s effectiveness in distributing disaster relief, political parties’ disaster relief strategies, and voters’ perceptions of these policies. Additionally, it will be investigated what criteria Japanese voters use when evaluating disaster aid and how this aid affects their political preferences. In this context, a comprehensive analysis will be conducted to understand the effects of cultural, political and social factors on the voter behavior of disaster aid.
In the draft to be written, I want the following points to be mentioned in general:

Introduction: introduce the topic, the current research knowledge about the topic, and the major issues and key research points surrounding it.
Problem and Purpose: Highlight a problem, issue, or concern about the topic that has stimulated your research question(s) and exploration. Provide a reasonable explanation for why this problem (issue or concern) should be explored and why your particular study needs to be done in order to explore it.
‘As you develop your analytical research question, ensure that it is genuine (you don’t already know the answer to it), meaningful (you are excited to research it and feel you could get invested in discussions about it), and worthwhile ( it takes up an issue that a research community is concerned with and has already raised some dialogue about)’ (Stum 2021 226).
A Literature or Resource Review: Show the current knowledge and research dialogue on your topic by outlining the key ideas in the resources you have collected, explaining how you are making sense of those ideas in regard to your research question(s), and noting any Gaps or limitations you have discovered in the process. Sometimes this element is incorporated in the introduction.
Write few sentences summarizing and taking a stance: Take a stance on the research you have found, presenting your claim as an argument in response to the views of other scholars. A reformulation of the research problem or question…
A Methodology or Approach: Think of a methodology as the “best practice” for approaching your research questions and developing your ideas. Include the parameters of your study (what you will and will not be analyzing in your research process) and where you expect to find the materials you need to support your future research and perspective. Indicate whether you see any limitations to your approach that may affect your viewpoints or influence the reliability of your study.
Significance or Impact of Research: Discuss the potential impact or significance of your research, focusing on the gaps in knowledge you will be filling or the beneficial contributions your will be making to the research community and beyond.
Bibliography: Works already consulted and to be consulted.
