1. Select one topic that we covered within the course this semester. I would recommend selecting a topic that relates to your future career path, personal interests or a topic that you would enjoy learning more about. Basically, make this project topic something that you will enjoy researching. Post your topic within the Discussion post to make sure we do not duplicate topics for this project. The topic can be as simple as one word that was mentioned this semester from our textbook. You could also pretend you are a professional in your future career and creating this tool as a resource to share.
2. Locate reliable resources and information on this topic. Research journal articles, government reports, and the textbook should be used for your resources. Do not use blogs, web articles or any other non-scholarly source. Do not use any WIKI sources. We want to make sure that the information we are sharing is reliable and accurate.
3. Choose ONE of the following project formats to present the information you learned on the course topic.
– Option 1: Create an educational brochure covering the topic that you have selected. The brochure should include important definitions, facts, valuable resources or services available, etc. Please make sure all work submitted is original to you and properly cited. Images and appealing design should be used to attract viewers to your brochure. The brochure should be 2 sided, full of information.
– Option 2: Create an online presentation on the topic of your choice. The presentation should cover the topic in depth with including important definitions, facts, valuable resources or services available, etc.
Use a presentation tool of your choice to create educational slides of the information and present the slides by recording audio and/or video to share the slides to your audience. There is not a set length for the presentation but make sure you provide a complete and professional submission full of academic content.
