development that was identified in the project.
(iii) What are the impacts of the sustainability issue to the community/the country?
(iv) What are the sustainability practices or activities that were carried out to address the
issues identified. State the nature/background of type of sustainability practices or
activities focusing on understanding various levels of sustainability issues in different
phases of the project.
(v) Importance of sustainability practices in sustaining that project – how it may/may not
affect the communities.
(vi) The outcome of sustainability practices applied in addressing the issues. How has it
benefited the community/this generation? And will it also benefit the future
generations?
