Instructions were to create a project during internship at a nursing facility. I had alread chosen project and submitted a project proposal last semester. I did not develop and implement the project. Thus, what I would be needing now is for you to “make up” the project with results. I am attaching the project proposal submitted. I could answer any questions you may have along the way. Like I said, it would be you completely making up the project developement and results. I am also submitting the parts needed for the project. I think I overbought pages needed as final presentation, but let me know if that is not the case and would need more.
Attached is the propject proposal with chosen project as develop and implement a social interaction program for long-term care residents that improves their quality of life.
