Audience Identification/Preparation: As part of the “Prewriting” process, prepare an Audience Profile for EACH message, which identifies the primary audience and secondary audience; answer the questions listed Chapter 2, Figure 2.4 “Questions to Help you Identify Your Audience” to illustrate that you have conducted your research. Review grammar, spelling, punctuation, format, diction, syntax, and paragraph cohesiveness. Final Message: Produce a clean, edited message. The message content and layout should be consistent with whatever channel of communication you selected in step 1. Minimum 125 words for each message.
