Each student will choose 1 project on a historical cross border transaction case and
approach this like a review of a historical investment as requested by the investment
committee or firm board of directors. Provide analysis, valuation (including but not
limited to public comparables, precedent transactions, DCF, and LBO) about the
deal and make conclusions on whether it was a good deal at the time. Also, include
what happened afterward the investment to the present day and if it has been
successful or not this was good/not. Limit 20 pgs for written text and 10 pgs of
appendix for graphs and other information. Format / details more requirements will
be given.
