I have attached my paper with corrections and would like for you to please fix my paper
LASTLY, to further help with the objectives, methodology and results I will attach some info
below
OBJECTIVES
-Currently, there is no cure for AD, and available treatments only address symptoms. So Identifying phytochemicals that can protect against neurodegeneration may lead to the development of new treatment options that can slow down or halt the progression of the disease.
-Phytochemicals, natural compounds hav fewer side effects compared to synthetic drugs. If effective, phytochemical-based treatments could offer a safer alternative for AD patients.
-Plant and fungal sources are more affordable and accessible compared to synthetic drugs. This could make potential treatments more widely available to those who need them.
-AD is very complex and complicated, with increasing prevalence as the populations age.
Overall, research on testing the phenolic content in specific plant samples has the potential to offer new hope for patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers.
MY RESEARCH / MATERIALS & METHODOLOGY
Within my research we are testing natural products (Tumeric, Lions Mane, Green Tea, Sea
moss and hemp) for its Neuroprotective Potential to aid in the advancement of AD.
– Tumeric and – green tea have proven benefits in the improvement of memory and
cognitive function The two antioxidants present epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) from green tea and curcumin in turmeric have been investigated for their potential therapeutic effects
in AD. Curcumin for its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and neuroprotective properties. And
egcg for for its potential to protect brain cells from damage and improve memory and cognition.
– Lions mane – Promising results that were done in preclinical studies, but the
results have not been replicated. Preclinical studies have shown that lion’s mane appears to
protect against oxidative stress – The brain is more vulnerable than other organs to
oxidative stress, … Oxidative stress participates in the development of AD
– Hemp has shown to have efficient anti-neuroinflammatory activity, which without
could lead to the tangles
– Sea moss, type of seaweed that is rich in nutrients such as iodine, potassium, and
magnesium.
- high nutrient content and potential anti-inflammatory properties,
- no scientific evidence to support this claim.

SEE ATTACHED “MATERIALS AND PROCEDURE”
to sum it up…
– EXTRACTION
Collected plant samples
Grinded them
Extracted the plant tissues in 80% methanol
Vortex those samples for an effective mix of samples
Sonicate 15 min , 40 degree celsius (agitate the particles in the sample through sonifictaion)
Centrifuge and collected the supernatant
Filtered to remove any unwanted debris
Kept it at 80 degree celsius
– QUANTIFICATIONS
SEE ATTACHED PAPER FOR THE 3 QUANTIFICATIONS PERFORMED.
I think all of this will help for a graet paper. Please let me know if more is needed.
