Students are to assume that you are a business consultant working on strategic corporate planning. You have been hired by the company (your selection) to provide effective actionable feedback.
You need to demonstrate your level of understanding and assessment of the client’s situation by preparing a case study analysis. Throughout this exercise, you should clearly identify a problem existing within your company. You need to analyze the internal and external environment of the company; SWOT and PESTLE.
You must also include various levels of research/analysis of the company’s financial information in relation to the problem they are facing.
The financial analysis should be used as the basis to create real intervention strategies appropriate for the company. You also need to include recommendations for the company going forward, short, mid, long etc.
Your report must be appropriately formatted, with an introduction, and conclusion. You should also use tables/graphs to reinforce your position.
Citations and references must be used as they pertain to the Harvard system.
