at least two (2) additional scholarly sources, create a podcast for recording
on how to effectively promote positivity in public
organizations and how this
can be used to motivate and enhance performance.
Format a podcast like a short 5-minute, max 8-minute TED
Talk where you share information with your audience on the areas described
below.

There are essentials to a good podcast:

purpose of presenting the point of view, and indicate an openness to dialogue
by inviting comments. You can assume a basic understanding of administration
topics and concepts.

length and include a title page and reference page. Adhere to APA Style when
