 For this discussion, you will use Chapter 4 of the textbook to write a job description of your desired career once you finish your graduate program( Homeland Security Agent) Please include a job title, job overview, the department or function the role will belong in, the reporting structure, the Fair Labor Standards Act Status or Category, Pay Grade, Working Conditions, Educational Requirements, Experience Requirements, and Essential Duties and Responsibilities.

Support your thoughts with the course text, the article, and at least one scholarly or credible source, referenced, cited, and formatted according to APA 7th standards. The Scholarly, Peer Reviewed, and Other Credible Sources table offers additional guidance on appropriate source types. Before starting this discussion, read Talent Matters to All Stakeholders. In the talent management process, several individuals play key roles. The key stakeholders will be different from organization to organization. However, the primary key stakeholders include the CEO, senior management, human resource manager, talent management specialists, and employees. Choose two stakeholder roles in the talent management process. Describe a minimum of three talent management responsibilities for each stakeholder role. Analyze how the roles interact and collaborate in the process.
