THE TASK – WHAT YOU ARE BEING ASKED TO DO
E-Portfolio Evidence for CPD Plan: Expand to include
multimedia content like
video reflections, interactive presentations, and
podcasts to demonstrate learning.
You are required to
produce an E-portfolio document of three parts (word format) which will demonstrate your learning from the module in relation to:
Part 1: The importance of interpersonal skills and factors that
contribute to effective teamwork and leadership expectations of studying for a
degree in business management.
Part 2: The importance of team roles and factors that lead to effective teamwork
working to enhance learning experience.
In Parts I & 2:
Focus on practical applications of interpersonal skills and teamwork in
virtual and global business environments by demonstrating the following:
a. what you have learnt about the topic)
This refers to your own learning as an individual. It
is different from what was taught so avoid presenting a write up as you would
in an essay!
b.
How the
learning will impact further studies and future career – in this
section, describe how your learning of interpersonal skills, including team
working will IMPACT your further studies and future career e.g., ‘from
my learning of interpersonal skills, I have become more confident in
interacting with fellow students, tutors and staff as well as work colleagues.
As I plan to work as an accountant in future, I will be guided by these soft
skills to make me more effective.’
