Write a business proposal that provides the organization with scenarios that would help them to identify how to overcome the negative situation. A typical business proposal should include the following elements: overview, objective, opportunity, solution, rationale, approach, and deliverables.
Address the following in your proposal:
- Provide a brief background on the organization.
- Briefly describe the negative public relations disaster.
- What are the specific elements within each of the 4Cs that will overcome the negative publicity?
- How can you use the concepts of social norms, reciprocity norm, and social responsibility norm to assist you in overcoming the situation?
