Ask local police managers what they think are the greatest three (3) problems facing law enforcement today and what approaches they would use to attack them. (Major problems may include, but is not limited to: cutback budgeting, drug enforcement, lack of creativity and innovation, public relations or personnel problems, or social issues)
– Do you agree or disagree with the problems identified? Why or why not?
– How would you communicate the plan to effect change with the problems and approaches identified, both internally and externally? Explain.
