Health care administrators carry out different roles and are responsible for effectively managing and leading their institutions. For the Module 1 Competency Assessment, you will illustrate the roles and responsibilities of administering, managing, and leading health care organizations, and apply these concepts to your own management and leadership skills.

Directions:

You have been asked to speak at one of your company’s administrator in training (AIT) program sessions. Prepare a PowerPoint presentation that illustrates your knowledge regarding the roles and responsibilities of administering, managing, and leading health care organizations. Your presentation should include the following:
