Essay Focus: Is the Russian response to the threat of “Nazification” in Ukraine proportionate?
Discuss whether a proportionate response was used. If it was used, did it resolve the danger? If it was not used, why and what were the consequences, if any. The standards for defining violations of human rights are given in the two UN documents (links provided).
