This week, you explored the impact of trauma on individuals and families. For this assignment, you will demonstrate your knowledge through a presentation in which you should:

  • Select one type of disaster/trauma event (i.e., return from war, tsunami, etc.) and one group or population this disaster might impact and explain the possible trauma responses to this event.
  • Describe coping strategies that might be utilized.
  • Explain how impact on one member of a family can impact everyone in the family.
  • Describe ways to support individuals and families toward healing and family cohesion.
  • Present your information in a Kaltura capture presentation

Length: 9-12 presentation slides, each with speaker’s notes consisting of 200-300 word to include a Kaltura capture video

References: Include a minimum of 4 scholarly references.
