This assignment encourages to think about how you envision supervision in your field education practicum.

Prepare a 1 page executive summary of your ideas for utilizing supervision in the field education practicum. The following must be included:

Summary of your learning style results including key aspects
Summary of strategies for applying your learning style in school and at work (many strategies are suggested in the results, choose 4-5 which resonate with you)
Describe how you would apply your learning style to being supervised; what would be easy and what would be challenging or what would you need help with? What type of supervision style would you work best with – reflective, trauma-informed, RFSM, etc? Remember that supervision is about learning new knowledge, skills, and applying this in a practice setting so be thinking about what you would need from your supervisor to be able to be successful in the field practicum.
4 specific strategies you can share with your field instructor about how you learn and what type of supervision and feedback would be helpful; for example, how can let your field instructor know the best way to provide feedback to you so you can understand and apply the feedback to your learning experience?
