Review, Revise, and Finalize your Personal Development Plan. Do not submit the Plan without significant revisions.
- Revise your Draft Personal Statement to be certain it aligns with your Plan.
- Revise your 5-Year Personal Development Plan to incorporate your instructor’s grading and feedback comments on your Final Plan.
- Revise your Plan to clarify or “fine tune” your Personal Vision Statement, your SMART goals, your citations, your narrative content, and your conclusion. Be sure you can commit yourself to the Plan when it is finalized.
Requirements:
- Prepare a quality, substantive paper that addresses the objectives of the assignment and the expectations set forth in the grading rubric.
- A minimum of 2,500 words excluding the title page and references) is required.
- A minimum of 10 references published within the past 10 years is required.
- NOTE: Course materials do not count toward the required minimum, although you are allowed to use them as references.
