Work title: Family entrepreneurship in shipping: Case study of MAK Lines the period of the oil crisis and fall of greek registry. (1980-1985)
Purpose of work: Testing theory of family business failure with research and case study of shipping company MAK Lines and reasons for its downsizing.

Chapter 1: Introduction: about 1-2 pages long: Analysis of further work chapters and purpose of work
Chapter 2: Literature Review: Short introduction: What does family entrepreneurship mean, why does family entrepreneurship play a role in Greek shipping, family patterns in shipping, ocean liner shipping, analysis of theories on why family businesses fail. Succession plan, nepotism, cronyism for example. Concluding with the theoretical question that will be tested.
Chapter 3: Methodology: Triangulation of sources: Bibliography, Scientific articles and journals and Interviews. Methodology similar to the Doctorate of the professor who has taken me on. I have it I can send it to you.
