- A mother notes that her 18-month-old’s right foot is “curved,” and the curving has worsened during the last 6 months since the toddler began walking. Physical examination reveals SEE PICTURE. The defect can be straightened by applying lateral pressure to the anterior foot. What additional information would you want to collect? What management do you initiate?
