For this project, create an evidence-based action plan for how to improve current classroom management skills. Your plans must be based on learning theory, research, best practices for classroom management and support student development. You should focus on specific measures you will take to improve your personal model of instructional management based on the information you have learned in this course from readings, class discussions and other outside readings you may have completed related to instructional management.

You should provide specifics as to which theories, strategies, methods, principles and techniques you will implement to improve the current management and student learning. At a minimum, include the following components:
- Student-teacher relationships
- The learning environment
- Instructional management
- Continuum of strategies for dealing with interruptions
- Preventive strategies
- Supportive strategies (e.g., small interruptions to learning)
- Problem-solving strategies (e.g., long-term problem solving for large interruptions)
- Teaching management content
- Collecting and using data to assess management strategies and issues
