For this assignment, you will design a Prezi or PowerPoint presentation. Assume that you are conducting training within an agency setting to an intimate group of colleagues. This is a group of people with whom you feel comfortable being transparent.

Use the bulleted items below to create your training presentation. Be sure to include speaker notes or audio to elaborate on your slides.
- Discuss the issues related to confidentiality when working with couples? What are some options for handling these concerns? Provide an example of how you plan to handle these issues. For example, will you have a no-secrets policy?
- How might a therapist’s values regarding divorce and affairs affect their work with couples? How might they manage their biases? Provide at least one personal example regarding how you will handle potential biases.
- Are MFTs required to report intimate partner violence? Under what circumstances are they required to break confidentiality to report intimate partner violence? What are the safety considerations when working with intimate partner violence?
- What roles might an MFT play in a divorce or custody case? How can therapists avoid dual/multiple relationships when working with families going through divorce and custody? What issues must be considered when interacting with the legal system?
