For the relating to my context section: I am teaching Physical Education to students betwwen 11 and 14 years of age at an international private school in Indonesia. The school serves the children of expatriates from all countries who are located in Indonesia, we also have Indonesian students from wealthy families who want their children to go to university overseas. We do not hire teachers with less than 5 years experience so any research on mentoring newer teachers is not applicable. 
Please consider the cultural differences and barriers that would affect mentoring compared to the research that is all completed through a western lens.
