Reflection and Research #4: Is it the responsibility of coastal communities to adopt sustainable practices to protect oceans, or should it be a global effort? Argue for or against this stance, considering factors such as local livelihoods, international cooperation, and the interconnectedness of ocean ecosystems.   

Take a position (agree or disagree) on the topic and back it up (justify your opinion). Ensure that your opinion is at least one quality paragraph of at least three sentences followed by one quality paragraph of supporting information of at least three sentences (this can be in the form of an in-text citation or your own experience).
