Mid–term Presentation (DUE 10/14/24)
The purpose of this course is to help you learn some aspects of the business side of the
Senior Living Industry. During the course we will touch on several topics, some I am
sure you will find more interesting than others. The Mid–term Presentation and Paper
are an opportunity for you to dive deeper into any one of the lectures to explore the
topic more extensively. You are free to choose the lecture or a topic within a lecture
that interests you. However, please have your topic approved by me by week 4,
(September 16, 2024), so I can make sure you are the only one doing that topic.
The intent is for you to present your topic on October 21, 2024, in class or via video and
your written paper is due the following week (October 28, 2024). You will receive
feedback from me as well as possibly your fellow students based on observations made
during your oral presentation. This feedback should help you refine your mid–term
paper.
