for my marketing plan. They deliver authentic European groceries to people in
the U.S., like fresh veggies, dairy, drinks, and specialty foods from the
Balkan region.
I have chosen them because they’re a small to
mid-sized business, just right for this project. They’re big enough to give
useful data but small enough for effective marketing changes.
Additionally, they’re at a point where good marketing
can really help them grow and get noticed.
As someone from the Balkan region in Europe, living in
the U.S. and always searching for products from my home country, this business
is special to me. This personal connection makes this project not only relevant
but also enjoyable and meaningful.

information on the company’s offerings and operational strategies.
I will investigate their Social Media Platforms (Facebook
Instagram and maybe others depending on what I find).
I will be looking for customer reviews, feedback, and engagement
metrics like shares and comments. I will research their past and current promotional
campaigns and their effectiveness. The reason for this is that social media
insights help understand customer sentiment and the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
I will read their customer reviews on different
websites including Google reviews.
I plan to review customer reviews on various websites such
a Trustpilot, Yelp, and Google reviews will provide additional valuable
information. I will focus on positive reviews to see what is working well and
what is common customer complaints. As this information will be crucial for
developing a strategy for improvement.
I will look at customer satisfaction and evaluate how
well their delivery service is performing.
I plan to examine their financial performance and how
well they are currently doing.
My current progress:
I began gathering information from the Balkan Fresh
website and social media platforms. Initial findings indicate a strong emphasis
