INTRODUCTION
The introduction should do just that—introduce the subject of your writing and
the areas you are going to write about.
This lets the reader know exactly what to expect. So in this assignment, you
need to say in your introduction what offence you have chosen, then list the
four areas of that offence you will discuss.
BODY
FIRST POINT: Definition and description of the elements of the offence
SECOND POINT: Any defences that are available for the
offence
THIRD POINT: Case Law relating to the offence.
FOURTH POINT: Penalties
CONCLUSION
The last paragraph should summarize the points. It should not add anything new.
