Critical Thinking Assignment

Organizations are increasingly utilizing outside consultants to manage and promote change. This strategy offers two key advantages. First, management can defer recommendations and consequences for difficult actions to consultants. Second, employees often perceive that consultants offer them a voice in the change process. However, consultants must be expertly skilled in using the consulting process for change management as well as in demonstrating problem-solving and collaboration skills. These are topics of interest and debate throughout this module.
