Anti-Drug Policies vs Pro-Drug Policies in the United States( edit title if needed )

Research both polices in certian states to find out what seems to be more effective in term of homelessness, drug related crime etc, i lean more towards anit-drug policy.

Guidelines:
  1. A research prospectus, which is informed by inquiry questions around a topic in your chosen intended disciplinary field; and
  2. A literature review in the form of an annotated bibliography.

Rather than being a formal written paper, the research prospectus will preview what your documented inquiry is about, what others in your specific discipline have already said about the topic you are working on.

The proposal will probably be at least 3-4 double-spaced pages long, and it will include a References page, because everyone in class will use APA style for this paper and for the Documented Inquiry paper.

  1. What is the central research question or thesis in the study of your topic?
  2. What is so important about the question/thesis? (i.e., why is it worthy of writing about for the academic discourse community?)
  3. What have other researchers/scholars had to say about the central research question you are investigating? (This is also known as the “Background Research” section of a proposal.)
  4. What do you plan as your methodology for the study?
  5. What are your qualifications for carrying out this study?
  6. What is your tentative schedule for completing this study?
