I am completing my MA in Law in the UK. My dissertation is in the area of English family law. My title is: “Child Arrangements and Welfare in England and Wales: A Comparative Analysis with Sharia Law Principles

“To what extent do the child custody and welfare principles under the Children Act 1989 in England and Wales align with, or differ from, Sharia law principles? A critical evaluation of how child welfare is prioritized in both systems.””
